Truly Independent Since 2002
Founded in 2002 with the opening of our Southwick Square office, Hyman Hill was established by local estate agents Andrew Hyman and Carole Hill. With experience dating back to 1992, Andrew had already built a strong reputation in the Southwick and Shoreham area for being a conscientious and dedicated agent.
In 2004, Christian Dunford (Partner) and James Burton (Partner) joined the team as we expanded with our new sales office and dedicated lettings office in Shoreham. Emma Downes (Partner), became an integral part of the Southwick branch in 2008, further strengthening our commitment to exceptional service.
Today, supported by a passionate and experienced team, Hyman Hill is recognised as one of the most trusted and successful estate agents in the area—clearly reflected in the visibility of our ‘Sold’ and ‘Let by’ boards throughout the local community.
