A Landlord Service to Suit Your NeedsReceipt of RentThe tenant pays you every month by cheque or standing order. If you
have opted for us to manage your property we will obtain cleared funds
from the tenant, deduct monthly management costs and pay you by cheque
or standing order on a monthly basis.
ArrearsHyman Hill is not liable for the rent, but in the event of arrears we will act quickly and efficiently.
Termination of TenancyYou or your tenants may wish to extend the original tenancy for a further term. If so, Hyman Hill will prepare a supplementary agreement defining the length of extension, changes in rent and any amendments.
An experienced negotiator will check the condition and contents against the original inventory, (if applicable), collect all keys and secure the property. Any cost of cleaning or repairs (other than fair wear and tear) will be deducted from the tenants deposit. |
