Andrew Hyman is one of the founders and a partner in Hyman Hill. With 14 years Estate Agency experience, most of which has been local to Southwick, Portslade and Shoreham by Sea in Sussex, Andrew is the driving force behind this company as well as taking an active role in developing the business.

Christian Dunford is the Branch Manager of our Shoreham by Sea office and has been an estate agent for over 13 years, of which the majority have been within Shoreham and Southwick. Christian will lead you through the whole process, from valuing your property for sale, until the day you move out and hand us the keys. Christian has lived in Shoreham by Sea all his life and attended school here and now lives on Shoreham Beach.

Emma Downes has been in estate agency for over 10 years, the majority of which has been spent in West Sussex. Emma will guide you through the whole process from valuation until the day you move out and hand over. Branch Manager at the Southwick office, Emma’s enthusiasm for estate agency is apparent.

As Head of the Lettings Department, James Burton will carefully guide you through the whole rental process, from the day we measure up your property, to the day your tenant moves in. From this point onwards, you can relax with the peace of mind that your property is being professionally managed, with regular inspections to ensure the property is being well looked after and keeping you updated with any developments.

Michael Goble is the senior negotiator in our Shoreham branch having a total of four years’ experience in estate agency, three of which have been specifically within the Shoreham area. Michael has lived in and around Shoreham all his life and attended King’s Manor Community College. He is a bright and energetic person who strives to do well in all aspects of his role.

With over 12 years’ administrative experience, Delhi Coquet is Hyman Hill’s receptionist/secretary. Based at the Southwick office, she is responsible for creating your property details as quickly and accurately as possible and producing local press advertising, as well as regularly updating three websites and ensuring potential buyers receive regular updated mailouts.
